The content in the presentation includes company profile of Reliance Money, its strategy to enter into the market along with the target audiences. As you aware about the Reliance Brand, whenever it comes with a new launch of product or subsidiaries first and foremost strategy is aggressive marketing with a promotional offer which its competitors never thought of doing/offering. Breaking the entire sector and small players either close its business or their is hostile take over which happens.
Below presentation made during my MBA days (Almost 10 years back) when i was doing summer internship with Reliance Money Dehradun with real time experience in dealing with the company product sale along with understanding the financial strategies to increase profit. One of the key learning was even if you are selling product at Zero fees its very tough to get the trust of customer when your competitors are already established their market so well. But at the end of the day show must go on so i failed initially and after multiple efforts at last succeeded in meeting the targets at Individual level and later at Organizational level.
